Terms of service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Scope, seller

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop onestarreviewparty.com.

(2) Your contractual partner is Florian Friebus, One Star Review Party, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-354-421, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, email: party@onestarreviewparty.com (“we”).

(3) Deviating terms of the customer only apply if we expressly agree to them.

2. Conclusion of contract, language, contract text

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) You add products to the cart and enter your details at checkout. Before submitting, you can review and correct all details. By clicking the button that completes the order with an obligation to pay (e.g. “Pay now”), you submit a binding offer.

(3) The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email.

(4) The contract languages are German, English, French and Spanish. We store the contract text. You will receive the order details, these terms and the information on the right of withdrawal with the order confirmation by email. You can also view and print these terms on this page at any time.

3. Pre-orders and delivery

(1) Items marked as pre-order are shipped from the date stated on the product page (currently from 1 January 2027). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within Germany and 5–8 working days to other EU countries.

(2) If the shipping start is postponed, we will inform you by email without delay. If it is delayed by more than four weeks, you may withdraw from the contract; we will then refund any payments made without delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

(3) We only deliver to addresses in the member states of the European Union.

4. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT.

(2) Shipping within Germany is free. For all other EU countries we charge €5.00 per order. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout. No customs duties apply within the EU.

5. Payment

(1) The available payment methods are shown at checkout (currently including credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal; the terms of the respective payment provider also apply.

(2) The purchase price is due when the contract is concluded, including for pre-orders. For Klarna, the payment terms agreed there apply.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the information on the right of withdrawal. You can also withdraw online using the function “Withdraw from contract here”: https://onestarreviewparty.com/en/pages/vertrag-widerrufen

8. Statutory warranty

The statutory rights for defects apply. For consumers, the limitation period for claims for defects in new goods is two years from delivery. We do not provide any additional guarantee.

9. Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee given.

(2) In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
